This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit legdaysupply.com, why, and what rights you have. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data you enter in the calculators
All calculations run in your own browser. The values you type (weights, reps, age, height, measurements and so on) are never sent to us, never stored by us and are not shared with anyone. When you close or reload the page, they are gone.

We do not ask for, and do not want, special categories of data such as health information. Please don't include them in emails to us.
4. Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent message, certified by Google under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework, before any advertising cookies are used. You can accept, reject or choose by purpose and by vendor, and change your choice at any time using the privacy settings link at the bottom of every page. If you don't consent, Google may still show limited ads that don't use cookies for advertising purposes.

5. Who receives your data
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website and protects it against attacks, acting as our data processor.
- Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, which serve the ads and run the consent message.
- Advertising partners listed in the consent message, only if you consent to them.
- Google LLC (Gmail), which provides our email service.
We never sell your personal data, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognizes as providing adequate protection, and they also use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before. To exercise any of these rights, email legsdaysupply@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.
If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es, or with the data protection authority in your own country.
8. Automated decisions
We make no automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. If you consent to personalized advertising, Google and its partners create interest profiles to choose which ads to show you.
9. Visitors from the United States
We do not sell personal information for money. Some US state laws treat personalized advertising as "selling" or "sharing" data. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info, linked above.
10. Children
This website is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add new services. The date at the top shows the latest version.
